Antique Heart Pine, reclaimed from a house in Athens, Ga. The house was built in the late 1990’s and as the owners were renovating the property they kept all of the floor joists and antique pine.
The premium 4” cutter is stainless steel and dishwasher safe- just unscrew it and place it in the dishwasher! It is also VERY sharp so please handle with care.
NEVER place the handle, or any wooden utensil, in the dishwasher or soak in water. The handle can be washed with soap and water.
