Maple Natural Edge Bowl with curly figure. This bowl came from a huge 16″ diameter branch that fell during a storm in Athens, Ga.

Finished with a food safe tung oil but I generally recommend that natural edge bowls be used as display pieces as the uneven edge does not hold liquids well. The delicate bark would be impossible to clean and would eventually break off. Hand wash only, never soak in water or place in a dishwasher.
